3. Set the T-Bar Adjustable Height
With the steering column extended and locked, you’re ready to set the height of the T-bar to handle itself. While standing on the Razor scooter’s foot deck, locate the T-bar quick-release lever right below where the handlebars connect.
Flip this lever sideways to unlock it. You can then freely adjust the T-bar handles up or down to find your ideal comfortable riding height. There are usually set locking positions and notches so you’ll feel it click into place.
When you have the handles positioned at your selected height, flip the T-bar lever back the opposite way you opened it to lock and secure it tightly. Test by gently pushing down to confirm it won’t slip.
4. Perform a Quick Safety Check
Before riding, do a quick safety check of your Razor scooter. Try folding it halfway and back again to confirm that the locking latches are working properly.
Press the brake a few times to test if it isn’t sticky or sluggish. Also, check that all exposed screws and bolts are tightened so they won’t rattle loose.
